Specific Duties
- Provide administrative support to the faculty and the department chair of the Marketing and Law Department in the College of Business.
- Staff the front desk in the building by greeting the public, answering phones, distributing mail, provide assistance to students, faculty, administrators and visitors
- Support all full-time and adjunct faculty in CBPM Building with typing, copying, faxing, and class preparations, as requested.
- Order Supplies for the CBPM programs and faculty
- Other duties needed to fulfill the educational missions of the Marketing and Law Department and the College of Business.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience working in an office setting.
- Some level of graduate coursework.
- Requires a high level of discretion working with confidential documents.
- Must be a current ULV student
