Product Development Manager

We seek a lead Product Development Manager who will develop and execute strategies to grow the product portfolio, promote customer applications, and drive profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develops product roadmaps and formulates product solutions by assessing trends, needs, gaps, opportunities, and the competitive landscape in the life science, therapeutic development, and diagnostic markets.
• Ensures product development plan supports the overall company business strategy and goals.
• Defines product requirements, applications, and value propositions based on market research, customer feedback, and a good understanding of competitors' products.
• Drives product development in collaboration with R & D, production, quality, and other cross-functional teams to ensure performance meets customer expectations and timely delivery.
• Partners with marketing / sales teams to provide guidance, input, and support for successful new product launches, develop go-to-market strategies, and conduct product and application training.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with key customers, KOL, and partners to accelerate product innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements : Qualifications :

Qualifications :

• Ph.D. or equivalent experience in immunology, pharmacology, cell / molecular biology, neuroscience, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated domain knowledge and experience in one or more life science / biotech areas, such as discovery and translational research, therapeutic development, target / biomarker identification and validation, and bio-analytical or functional assay development.
• Experienced in product strategy, development, and management in a life science organization; industry experience preferred.
• Work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage and prioritize multiple tasks; collaborative and team spirit; prior experience leading multidisciplinary teams and projects is a plus.
• Proficient written, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability; good organizational and planning skills.
• Motivated to learn and grow, passionate about innovations and advanced technologies.

Compensation details : 115000-135000 Yearly Salary
