This position requires an LPN
Requirements :
- Ability to speak, read and write English
- Degree from accredited school of nursing; valid and current nursing license in the state of Indiana in good standing
- Possess sufficient organizational and interpersonal skills to assign tasks, encourage staff, produce positive outcomes, and improve quality
- Assess residents and complete appropriate and required documentation
- Provide med pass and wound care as needed
- Provide oversight to qualified staff
- Perform staff competencies and education as needed
- Must have CBRF certifications for the State of Indiana including Standard Precautions and Fire Safety
- Must submit and pass all applicable pre-employment and annual tests and meet all training and other applicable state and federal guidelines
