At BMC, the Inventory Coordinator schedules and coordinates the efficient distribution of products in order to satisfy customer demand.
This individual performs work under direct supervision, handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
Major Responsibilities :
- Reviews and distributes production, work, and shipment schedules.
- Analyzes and revises shipment plans as required.
- Works with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and accuracy of shipment records.
- Determines reorder points and ensures that sufficient levels of inventory are maintained.
- Analyzes actual product demand, trends and forecasts, and adjusts inventory plans accordingly.
- Evaluates freight and ensures accuracy in count and prepares discrepancy reports in instances of damage.
- Performs random audit on various shipping invoices according to company policies and procedures.
- Compiles reports on progress of work, inventory levels, costs, and production problems.

- Minimum Education : Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent in work experience.

Required Experience
Minimum Experience : 0-2 years experience.
