Unit Profile Facility Name : Triangle Springs Floor : Yes Position Information : Facility Department / Cost Center : Nursing Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.) : RN Specialty : Number of Openings : 1 Shift : Nights 7P-7A Weekly Guaranteed Hours : 36 Weekend Hours : rotating On Call Requirements : no Required Certifications : RN License Years of Experience : 0-20+ Float Requirements : yes, may work on 4 different units Additional Notes : Unit Information : Number of Beds : 77 Patient Equipment : EHR : Patient Population e.g. geriatric, adult, peds, etc. : Adult Hiring Profile : Must Have Skills / Experience : Current unencumbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing. CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment and prior to any patient contact. Must be at least 21 years of age. May be required to work flexible hours and overtime. Preferred Skillset / Experience : Previous experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis,psychiatric and geriatric patients preferred. Experience in patient assessments, family motivations, treatment planning and communication with external review organizations or comparable entities.
