The Supply Planner will drive the tactical execution of the supply plan with our CM partners on a regular basis. You will play a key part in optimizing our manufacturing operations and participating in our fulfillment activities with our CMs, ensuring on-time performance, cost efficiency, and delivering a trusted experience to our customers and partners worldwide.

Main areas of responsibility :

  • Develop inventory plans by utilizing current demand inputs and collaborating with Sales Ops, Finance, CMs, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure inventory is managed according to constraints and meets internal targets aligned with the business strategy.
  • Analyze changes in demand and initiate changes to supply chain master data elements impacting the supply plan.
  • Build and maintain 2 years of supply plan, identifying gaps in capabilities vs demand, and prepare supply constraints and recommend resolution scenarios for discussion in the cross-functional S&OP processes.
  • Identifies ways to improve supply planning processes and tools for assigned areas.
  • Create and maintain reporting that summarizes inventory levels, upcoming availability, CM performance and all related issues that support these key performance indicators.
  • Work with Supply Chain group and CMs to resolve scheduling constraints and raw material availability to support current manufacturing plans.
  • Participate and drive short term projects related to supply planning.
  • Perform NPI to production supply transition planning as well as creating buffer strategy in early stage and collaborating with CMs for production ramp.
  • Cross-trained in F5 customer fulfillment process and outbound logistics.

Knowledge, skills and abilities

  • Experience in Oracle / S&OP software / Salesforce / Agile / Tableau highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong team player; motivated and extremely customer centric
  • Flexibility required for meeting multiple and changing priorities.
  • International / domestic travel required (1 trip quarterly on avg)

How do you qualify?

  • Bachelor's degree in operations / supply chain management / business or related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in areas such as production scheduling, inventory management, purchasing, manufacturing, and / or supply / operations planning is preferred

Physical demands and work environment :

  • Most duties are performed in an office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table.
  • Some infrequent instances may require the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • You will utilize a computer keyboard, communicate over the telephone and read printed material.
  • TRAVEL IS REQUIRED via automobile and / or airplane and may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends).

The annual U.S. base pay range for this position is : $80,082.00 - $120,122.00
