Quality Assurance Engineer

This is an Entry Level position.

Description :

• Inspects all Build to Order scientific instrumentation before shipping to customer. Verifies all necessary components are accounted for as per instrument-specific checklists and that all test reports have been submitted and the data meets Horiba published specification
• Develops extensive understanding of HORIBA products to understand compatibility
• Liaises with the sales administration team regarding clarification of customer order details as well as coordinates shipping paperwork before delivering the instrument to the shipping department
• Delivers all finished goods to the shipping area
• Ensures that all test data has been entered into our customized database and prepares analytical reports pertaining to instruments built monthly.
• Prepares monthly Manufacturing and Quality Related KPI's
• Plans executes and reports internal process audits

Skills :

• Recent College Graduate, a Science-related undergraduate degree preferred or a minimum of related work experience.
• Excellent computer skills,
• SAP a plus
• Must be detailed, organized, and an excellent communicator
