Job Summary

Manages the client fulfillment activities for treasury management products, programs and services for a large team or geographic area.

May act as the primary interface with clients to establish all connectivity between organizations, organizing all internal and external project related activities to ensure a timely and smooth client implementation process.

Exceptionally skilled at developing and deepening relationships with clients and business partners. Participates in the development of short and long-range client service enhancement strategies that drive client delight and revenue growth.

Monitors internal processes and leverages operational excellence to implement enhancements that drive client delight. Has expert knowledge in the end-to-end sales, service and fulfillment processes.

Must be a high impact player who exhibits forward thinking, promotes team effort, and demonstrates initiative. Key Responsibilities - Must align enterprise capabilities, create competitive business plans while maintaining client focus, balances risk and reward and acts as a change agent.

Digest complex issues and develop creative solutions. Creates unit vision, lead people to perform and develops employees.

Manages staffing requirements , performance management, budget / expense management, reporting and forecasting for areas managed.

Participate in the resolution of operational and / or product servicing issues of a sensitive / high risk nature for major clients.

Job Description :

This job is responsible for managing one or more major operations segments for a site, region, or product line within the bank's internal operations.

Key responsibilities include identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex problems related to product lines, ensuring compliance with policies, and identifying opportunities to improve process performance and operating efficiency.

Job expectations include supervising day-to-day activities of employees such as executing transactions.

Responsibilities :

  • Forecasts and manages staffing levels and capacities, prioritizes employee development by providing effective coaching, and shares constructive feedback to drive Operational Excellence
  • Applies knowledge of the end-to-end processes and ensures adherence to bank and regulatory policy and procedures when making decisions that impact various operations and product lines
  • Develops and analyzes procedures to enhance unit and / or product-related activities and oversees budget and expense management, reporting, and forecasting for designated areas
  • Evaluates efficiencies and identifies areas of improvement and growth to the overall process, identifying data, metrics, and key performance indicators to measure process effectiveness
  • Aligns bank priorities and strategies to employee metrics and goals, evaluates employee progress, and strives to recognize, encourage, and improve team performance to support an inclusive work environment

Required Skills

  • 5 - 10+ years of Treasury-focused manager experience required. Leads a large, cross-functional team supporting treasury service for clients across North America.
  • Deep working knowledge of Treasury Management products, services and processes.
  • Demonstrated leadership to include management and people development skills.
  • Strong coaching experience to ensure employees understand the importance of accurate work, innovation to processes and achieving world class client experience.
  • Develop, promote and retain strong talent within the organization.
  • Proven track record of being a conduit for positive change and ensuring employee adoption of digital transformation
  • Ability to influence up and down organization - and with stakeholder LOB leaders.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to effectively communication across various levels of the organization, in group settings - and with clients.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, effective, and professional presentations when needed.
  • Able to drive - and maintain - exceptional quantitative team performance metrics.
  • Excellent track record of employee engagement results with ability to create and maintain strong site and team morale.
