Job Summary
Lantern Crest Senior Living is seeking Full Time Caregivers to provide assisted living and memory care to the resident population in our Santee, California facility.
This is a full-time, hourly position that pays $16.25 - $18.50 an hour.

Responsibilities
- Support residents in accordance with individual care plans
- Deliver compassionate resident care with dedication to excellence
- Attend staff meetings to ensure up-to-date information is communicated
- Listen to and document residents' feedback and ensure communication with their families and healthcare providers
- Perform housekeeping duties
Requirements
- High school diploma / GED or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to complete detailed documentation
