Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Responsible for all scheduling, engineering, material expediting and project administration.
- Be proficient with use of the company's computerized scheduling software.
- Maintain project schedule.
- Review for completeness, accuracy, interface with other trades, and conformance to the plans and specifications. Create and maintain a complete and up-to-date record of all contract documents (changes and revisions) for the life of the project.
- Set up and maintain the project filing system.
- Prepare and / or reconcile the owner pay estimates.
- Maintain daily records of our significant operations so that we may produce a job history report of our experience.
- Other duties may be assigned.
WHAT WE LIKE ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's Degree in applicable engineering field.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
