Human Resources Manager
DIRECT-HIRE - HR MANAGER OPENING - LOCATED IN BOISE, IDAHO
THE RIGHT STAFF has partnered with a global distributor and manufacturer in their search for an HR Manager to join their growing HR team!
We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to support employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment, employment law compliance, and benefits for our client's globally expanding organization.
Essential Job Duties :
- Guide Department Managers and Supervisors on staffing, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations
- Ensure consistent application of policies and compliance with employment laws
- Manage the talent acquisition process, including workforce planning, recruiting, and hiring
- Collaborate with HR Managers to develop strategies and provide data for business decisions
- Enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention
- Facilitate New Hire Orientation and I9 processes for warehouse locations
Minimum Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field required
- Minimum 8+ years of HR experience required
- Minimum 4+ years of strategic HR Manager experience required
- Strong employee relations, staffing, influencing, and coaching skills required
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations
Schedule, Pay, & Benefits :
- Position will be stationed at Boise, Idaho facility
- 100% onsite work model, no exceptions
- Flexible hours; core business hours 8 am to 5 pm
- Pay starts at $120, 000 / year and depends on experience.
