A typical day in the life of a Call Center Representative :
- Answering inbound calls and outbound calls
- Acting as first point-of-contact for caller
- Entering client information into website
- Retrieving information relating to client
- Establishing a professional relationship while understanding client needs
This job might be an outstanding fit if you are / can / have :
- Computer literate, navigate between programs, working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Call center or customer service experience
- Great interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
