Healthcare Staffing Professionals, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and passionate Language Development Teacher to working with high school students in a school setting located in Thornton, CO.
This position is responsible for developing and implementing effective language instruction programs for culturally and linguistically diverse students.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other educators and staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Pay Rate : $1,872 per week (based on working 36 hours a week) + $500 Bonus
Mon.-Thurs. 4 Day Work Week

Job Duties :
- Develop and deliver language instruction programs tailored to the needs of culturally and linguistically diverse (CLD) students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with language development needs.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and learning.
- Stay current with best practices in language development and culturally responsive teaching.
Qualifications :
- Must have completed 45 hours of Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CLD) Education training or professional development (PD), approved by the Colorado Department of Education.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification or license in the state of Colorado.
- Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse student populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
