Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue through direct roofing sales and client acquisition.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners and commercial clients.
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed goals.
• Track performance metrics and analyze trends for accurate forecasting.
• Report on individual and team results regularly.
• Establish sales territories, quotas, and growth plans for future team members.
• Recruit, mentor, and oversee a high-performing sales team (leadership track).
• Identify new business opportunities and form strategic partnerships.
