About The Position
Opportunity Details
Medicus has an opening for an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide locum coverage in Charleston, SC.
Shift Details :
- Day Shift : 6 AM - 6 PM
- Night Shift : 6 PM - 6 AM
- 15 shifts per month
Patient Load :
- Average daily census : 19-20 patients
- APP census : 8-10 patients
Support :
- Day shift : 1 MD, 1 APP, and Residents
- Night shift : 1 MD, 1 APP, and Residents
Requirements :
- Active SC license & DEA (or easily transferrable)
- Board Certified
- Acute Care certification required
- Proficiency in intubations, central line placements, and arterial line placements
