Key Responsibilities and Requirements :
- Lead day-to-day restaurant operations, embodying our Core Values
- Consistently deliver balanced results through our systems, methods, and procedures
- Drive sales and profit growth through exceptional leadership in personal, people, business, and results aspects
- Minimum of 2 years of current, salaried management experience in a high-volume upscale or resort restaurant
