Northrop Grumman is seeking a Project Manager for an internship opportunity. This position will be located at our Defense Systems Sector in Oklahoma City.

The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Flight Software Design Solutions Team under the System and Software Solutions Operating Unit.

Basic Qualifications

A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must :

• Be a student who is enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college / university and will be enrolled full time in Fall 2025.
• Be majoring in or having majored in Management / Business / Leadership
• Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2025.
• Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
• Must be able to work on-site in Oklahoma City, OK

Preferred Qualifications :

• Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 / 4.0 or higher
• Familiarity with US Military
• Familiarity with Software Development Efforts
• Demonstrated success in performing in a fast-paced business environment
• Experience in communication, both written and verbal, with customers and senior management
• Experience with all aspects of proposal generation
• Demonstrated success in continuous process improvement initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and identify trends
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

The pay ranges for this specific opportunity are as follows :

• Undergraduate degrees (Including graduating students planning on attending / enrolled in a full-time Master’s program) : $18.50 - $22.50
• Masters degrees : $27.00 - $28.50
