Office Administrative Assistant
Our client, a busy New York private psychology practice is seeking a top-notch Office Administrator / Front Desk Receptionist.
You will be working directly with the therapist in the daily management of the practice.
Responsibilities will include
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or room
- Answering phone calls speaking with interested patrons and providing information about the practice
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for management and staff
- Manage the reception area, including keeping it clean and organized
- Making timely bill payments, accepting / tracking patient payments and records using Therapist Helper software
- Generating monthly billing statements, sending out invoices
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- General filing and assisting with additional projects as they may arise
Experience with Helper software a plus. Must have strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Primarily Word, Excel, occasional PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational skills an absolute must!
