Technical Lead

Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. The IT Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of projects, guiding a team of IT professionals, and ensuring the successful delivery of technology solutions that meet our clients'

needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, excellent leadership abilities, and a passion for technology innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the IT team, ensuring best practices are followed in software development, systems architecture, and IT operations.
• Project Management : Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Solution Design : Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective and scalable IT solutions that align with business goals and requirements.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, network engineers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of IT services.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure the quality of deliverables through code reviews, testing, and adherence to established standards and processes.
• Innovation and Improvement : Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, and advocate for the adoption of new tools and methodologies that can enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the stability and security of IT systems.

Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience : Minimum of X years of experience in IT, with at least X years in a leadership role.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in list relevant technologies, programming languages, and tools . Experience with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems is highly desirable.
• Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, manage conflicts, and drive performance.
• Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications : Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, AWS, CISSP) are preferred.
