What You'll Do :

Be the key link between engineering and production , ensuring seamless communication and quick issue resolution.

Lead the design and implementation of fixtures to support finishing and assembly processes.

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure parts and products are designed for manufacturability and built to last .

Develop and improve manufacturing systems and workflows to maximize productivity and reduce waste.

Drive continuous improvement through lean manufacturing practices.

Create and maintain clear, accurate work instructions, SOPs, and safety protocols .

Support equipment selection and evaluate tooling to improve operations.

What We're Looking For :

• ️ 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, ideally in fabrication / welding.
• ️ Strong understanding of metal finishing and assembly .
• ️ Skilled with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) and ERP systems.
• ️ A clear communicator and creative problem-solver who thrives on the production floor.
