LPN Job Specification :
Providing direct care and support to residents in a healthcare facility.
LPN Responsibilities :
- Providing great patient care.
- Manages patient care according to each patient’s needs.
- Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
- Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
- Provides routine care for patients.
- Assists physicians and registered nurses.
- Communicates with patients and their families.
- Performs standard diagnostic procedures.
- Administers medications.
LPN Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid LPN license in the state of Ohio.
- BLS or Current CPR certification (American Heart Association).
- Ability to think and work independently and with direction, and communicate with staff members in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
