HR MANAGER - 90-110K + BONUS - BALTIMORE, MD

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Baltimore, MD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, specifically in benefits administration and employee relations.

This position will play a key role in managing our HR functions, utilizing ADP for various HR processes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-provided benefits.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee records in ADP.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related issues.
  • Coordinate and conduct training programs for employees as needed.
  • Support the CFO with HR-related reports and data analysis.
  • Foster a positive work environment and culture aligned with company values.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a blue-collar or industrial setting.
  • Proficiency in using ADP for HR management preferred
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
