HR MANAGER - 90-110K + BONUS - BALTIMORE, MD
Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Baltimore, MD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, specifically in benefits administration and employee relations.
This position will play a key role in managing our HR functions, utilizing ADP for various HR processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-provided benefits.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records in ADP.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related issues.
- Coordinate and conduct training programs for employees as needed.
- Support the CFO with HR-related reports and data analysis.
- Foster a positive work environment and culture aligned with company values.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a blue-collar or industrial setting.
- Proficiency in using ADP for HR management preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
