Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, performance metrics, and generate reports.
  • Work closely with the marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Perform other projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field desirable.
  • Proven experience in outside sales, business development, and sales leadership, preferably to premium and natural grocery retailers such as Erewhon, Gelson's and etc.
  • Sales skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and account management skills.
  • Ability to foster teamwork with peers in all cross functional departments.
  • Proficient in using sales and CRM software.
  • Ability to travel to customer locations or attend industry events as necessary.
