Ashburn is looking for energetic, highly self-motivated sales professionals who share our vision for explosive growth. In this role, you will be working with and mentored by a team of seasoned industry professionals.
This will allow you to quickly become an expert in our field and provide unique solutions to our end-users and distributor partners in your assigned geography.
You must be comfortable with remote work in a fast-paced environment that provides multiple opportunities to solve problems for our customers and create unlimited commission income for yourself.
Responsibilities :
- Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business.
- Create pull-through demand by engaging with end-users.
- Develop relationships with distributor sales representatives and managers.
- Service existing clients.
- Gain and maintain extensive product line and industry knowledge.
- Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas.
Requirements :
- Detroit Metro location preferred
- Experience in an Industrial Environment
- 2 years Sales experience
- Engaging, likeable personality
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
- Proficiency with written and oral communications
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office applications
- Significant overnight travel monthly
Preferred :
- Experience with Metalworking Fluids, CNC Machining, Tooling, Manufacturing
- 2 or 4-Year college degree in a relevant field
- Relevant certifications
Salary : Base + Uncapped Commission
