Sr. Financial Management Analyst

This exciting role will provide critical Financial Planning and Analytical support to all Shared Services functions. This support includes not just financial planning activities such as executing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reporting, but also acting as a true Finance Business Partner to the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support execution of the G&A annual budget process, partnering with business leaders to capture requirements and to clearly communicate results.
• Provide monthly variance analysis & narrative for budget vs. actuals. vs. forecast for relevant projects.
• Forecasting : Support the preparation and collection of information as inputs to produce periodic forecasts.
• Support enhanced insights to improve business performance and identify efficiency opportunities as requested by management.
• Track and validate invoices for purchased media, ensuring correct approvals to pay are gathered and invoices are submitted for payment.
• Help create processes that will be utilized by other team members as Standard Operating Procedures
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of team deliverables.
• Provide excellent service to our business partners, fellow Finance team members, and other team members throughout the Support Center.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 4-year degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Planning & Analysis
• Preferred : Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• Required : 3+ years of experience in Planning & Analysis.
• Preferred : 1+ years of Multi-brand corporate or Shared Services experience.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES

• Comfort with ambiguity and tolerance for a dynamic set of tasks and priorities.
• Strong track record as a proven team player.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong finance, project / capital assessment, technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage time and multiple projects, often with time constraints.
• Strongly preferred : Experience with Enterprise Planning and Reporting software such as Hyperion Planning and Hyperion Financial Management, including use of SmartView.
• Strongly preferred : Experience with Business Intelligence analysis and presentation tools, including Tableau, Power BI and SharePoint.
