Position Title : Registered Nurse (RN) - Cath Lab
Location : Kansas City, Missouri
Salary : $35 - $44 per hour
Job Description :
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Cath Lab team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive care of patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures, including pre-procedure, intra-procedure, and post-procedure care.
You will also assist in cardiac catheterizations, vascular, and interventional procedures, and perform emergency procedures associated with catheterization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide thorough assessment and care of patients before, during, and after cardiovascular procedures
- Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization, vascular, and interventional procedures
- Perform emergency procedures related to catheterization
- Monitor patient condition, document care, and make adjustments to care plans as necessary
- Educate patients and families on procedural care and post-procedure instructions
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care
Qualifications :
- Current RN license in the state of Missouri (ADN or BSN required)
- Cath Lab or critical care experience preferred (ICU, CCU, ER)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
