We need a Construction Attorney who brings :
2-5 years in construction and mechanics liens
Academic Excellence : Strong academic credentials
Skills : Top-notch research, writing, and advocacy abilities
Responsibility : Capable of managing an active caseload and drafting pleadings, briefs, motions, and other documents
Confidence : Proficiency in handling depositions and oral arguments
