Job Description
Wong Fleming seeks a Florida licensed litigation attorney to focus on commercial collections, with two to four years of experience, to work remotely for its Princeton, New Jersey office.
This candidate should have good organizational and legal analytical skills, have proficient writing ability, be flexible in a fast-paced environment and be a collegial, team player with an understanding of the business interests of our clients and the firm.
The firm also seeks a candidate who has high standards for his or her own professional growth and ethical responsibilities and is capable of producing an excellent work product.

Responsibilities :
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
- Advise clients on business and legal transactions
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
- Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in law
- Familiarity with various legal documents
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
