CIVIL ENGINEER-HIGHWAY

DESCRIPTION :
We are seeking a Civil Engineer - Highway with broad engineering design and highway / roadway construction expertise to provide investigation, analysis, reports and testimony, when technical and scientific answers are needed, to help resolve civil and criminal litigation and insurance claims.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in highway / roadway geometric design, traffic control and safety, construction inspection and management, access / egress design, signal design and maintenance;
fieldwork analyses, performing field engineering studies, and incident and claims investigations.

NY, NJ, PA, CT, NH, RI, FL, MA, OH
REQUIREMENTS :
- B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering
- PE license required
- 10+ years hands-on experience
- DOT experience
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a comprehensive team
- Excellent technical, analytical, writing, and communication skills
