This is an opening for the Staff Accountant position in our Business Office that supports all of our medical practices.
Essential Job Functions :
- Prepare journal entries to record, accrue and reclass transactions.
- Regularly maintain detailed reconciliations and variance analysis of balance sheet and expense accounts.
- Maintaining Fixed Asset Schedules
- May assist in preparation of schedules for monthly financial statements and other ad hoc request for special projects or new initiatives
- Support the Accounts Receivable and Payable Department

Physical Demands :
Must be able to sit for long periods of time, and must have manual dexterity to work computer systems and keyboard. It is reasonable to anticipate lifting 10 -15 pounds in any given day.
