What Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Sales Enablement Manager to lead enablement efforts across our UK and US sales teams. This role is all about empowering our sellers to perform at their best — through training, coaching, tools, and process optimization.

You’ll be responsible for designing and delivering enablement programs that drive sales effectiveness, improve onboarding, and support ongoing development. You’ll work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Operations to ensure our teams are aligned, equipped, and ready to win.

What's the situation?

The Role in Three Bullets

  • Enable high-performance selling : Build and execute enablement strategies that improve sales productivity, drive consistency, and support scalable growth across UK and US teams.
  • Own onboarding and development : Design and deliver onboarding programs, ongoing training, and coaching frameworks that help reps ramp quickly and continuously improve.
  • Partner across the business : Collaborate with Sales, Sales management, Marketing, and Ops, to align messaging, tools, and processes with business goals.

What We Think Makes a Great Sales Enablement Manager

We expect top candidates to bring experience in the following areas :

  • Experience in sales enablement, training, and / or coaching within B2B or B2C environments
  • Proven ability to design and deliver impactful enablement programs across geographies
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, buyer behavior, and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills — you can inspire, educate, and influence
  • Experience working cross-functionally with GTM teams
  • A data-driven mindset — you use insights to improve outcomes and guide strategy
  • A passion for helping sales teams grow and succeed
