About the opportunity :

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to come join our growing team! Jerry is building the first AllCar super app to help people save time and money on their car one of their most expensive assets and a $2T market in the U.

S. We are leveraging technology and machine learning to help people optimize every aspect of owning a car including buy and sell, insurance, financing, safety, maintenance, repairs, and more.

Since we launched our app in 2019, we have amassed over 4M customers, raised $240MM in funding, scaled our revenue 40X and our team to 280 across 7 countries.

Reporting directly to one of our cofounders, you will partner with senior leaders and own mid-to-senior level searches across R&D and G&A in the U.

S. and Canada. At Jerry, recruiters play the most important role in the entire company shaping the future of our organization.

How you will make an impact :

• Attract and retain top talent across all business areas including product management, software engineering, data science, product design / research, marketing, communications, creative production, legal, editorial content, human resources, finance and operations
• Work closely with senior leaders in the U.S, and Canada to develop effective recruiting strategies to meet our teams' ongoing growth needs
• Manage full cycle recruiting across multiple active roles, prioritize ruthlessly, and own the candidate relationship end-to-end
• Continuously reflect and iterate on our recruiting and interviewing practices to ensure we are always improving

Ideal profile :

• 8+ years of full cycle recruiting experience working on a variety of roles with progressively increasing responsibilities
• Track record of being successful in a high velocity, demanding environment
• Experience weathering a startup strongly preferred
