A facility is seeking a psychologist for locum tenens coverage. The facility began treating forensically committed patients in 2005, mostly of which are sexually violent predators.
It is a self-contained psychiatric hospital constructed with a security perimeter. The hospital does not accept voluntary admissions.
The Facility is located at the edge of the Coastal Mountain Range on the western side of Fresno County. It's halfway between Los Angeles and San Francisco and sixty miles southwest of Fresno.
The psychologist is expected to work a 10 or 12 hour shift Mon-Thursday or Tues-Friday. There is NO EMR, as there will be Paper Charts.
Must have exp providing APA and SRAs. There is time given towards the end of each day to complete notes, etc.
