Position Details :
- Pediatric Male Patient
- Acuity Level : Trach / Vent
- Location : Mesa
- Schedule : Sunday - Saturday, 8a - 3p, partial coverage available
About case :
Patient is a pediatric male who is needing help 7 days a week. They are mainly looking for a nurse to cover Monday through Friday and then have a weekend nurse, but they are open to any nurse's availability.
The patient has a vent and trach. This family is an amazing and kind family to work with. There is a lot of flexibility when it comes to working for Maxim Healthcare Service's!

Sign On Bonus :

Responsibilities :
- Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
- Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psycho-social changes in the patient's condition
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and / or potential nursing diagnoses
- Other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned
