Job Title : School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location : North Chicago, IL
Job Description : Sunbelt is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in North Chicago, IL and surrounding areas for the remainder of the school year.

Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs within the school environment
- Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of students' Individualized Education Programs
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Florida
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred
- Experience working with school-aged children is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Passion for helping children overcome communication challenges
