Job Title : Storage Engineer
Duration : 6 months -contract to hire
Location : Sunnyvale, CA Hybrid

Technical Skills :
- Distributed Systems :
- Experience with distributed or clustered storage designs and multiple storage protocols.
- Programming Languages :
- Proficiency in C / C++, Go, or Rust.
- Strong software engineering skills with efficient, maintainable, and testable code in C / C++ / Python / Go.
- Storage Software :
- Knowledge of storage software systems, including configuring and tuning operating systems for storage performance analysis.
- Storage Networks :
- Experience in deploying, analyzing, and debugging storage networks.
- Operating Systems and Storage Stacks :
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes, CSI, and the Linux storage stack, including both block and file systems (e.g., XFS, GPFS, Gluster, Ceph, Swift, NFS).
Key Qualifications :
- Educational Background :
- BA / BS Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience :
- 4+ years of experience in the design and development of storage systems.
- 4+ years of programming experience in object-oriented languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, C / C++, C#, Objective-C, or Ruby.
