Qualifications :
- Current LPN license in the state of Ohio. (But you already knew that, right?)
- CPR certification is essential (a sign that you take your job seriously!)
- Proven experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred (Show us your skills)!
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills (Don't be afraid to show off!)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities (We're looking for friendly folks here!)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities (You're a team player, we got it!).
Responsibilities :
- Provide direct patient care like a boss, in accordance with the highest professional standards and practices.
- Administer medications and treatments like a pro, just as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and assess residents' health like an eagle, and update patient records accordingly.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans like a ninja.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents like a clean freak, and adhere to infection control protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families and other healthcare team members like a master of communication.
