Responsibilities :
- Contact assigned accounts regarding balances by telephone, in person, and by email
- Work directly with assigned attorneys and accounting staff
- Document all contacts
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience in legal collections or related field
- Knowledge of legal collection processes and regulations
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Dependability, Upbeat attitude, Compassion
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software systems
