We’re hiring a full-time real estate recruiter to find agents with potential for our team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that each candidate meets our high-performance standards, has the necessary qualifications, and is a good culture fit for the team.

Responsibilities :

  • Utilize job boards to post jobs that reach potential new real estate team members
  • Take ownership of the hiring process by making recommendations and managing interview schedules, keeping all parties informed as things progress, and following up with candidates who are not selected
  • Look for new agents in our area and recruit them via phone calls, emails, events, or other forms of communication to meet the demands of our growing business
  • Make sure all candidate files are properly stored and managed to assure privacy and keep information readily available
  • Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful
  • Recruit Top Talent : Unleash your inner hunter and actively recruit elite agents to our dynamic real estate teams. Your aim?

Smash Call and Appointment Quotas : Consistency is key. Ensure you're not just meeting but exceeding call and appointment quotas.

  • Be an Office Beacon : Embody leadership in the office. Your presence should inspire and motivate, solidifying a unified, forward-moving team dedicated to excellence and mutual growth.
  • Foster a Recruiting Culture : Lead impactful recruiting training for all Crosstown agents, empowering each team member with the skills and insight to become adept recruiters themselves.

Champion a pervasive recruiting culture, ensuring every agent is a proud ambassador, eager to bring others into the Crosstown fold.

Qualifications :

  • Skilled at posting openings online using a variety of tools and services
  • Two years of work experience in real estate recruiting or inside sales
  • Great at time management and organization
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Verbal and written communication skills are a must

Proven Experience :

Bring a solid background in recruitment or sales. Show us your track record of exceptional performance, illustrating your ability to achieve and exceed goals.
