Description : We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in a school district near Somerville, Massachusetts.
As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in providing support and interventions for students with diverse needs across Elementary Caseload.
Responsibilities :
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct support to students with behavioral and social challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and therapists to ensure consistent implementation of strategies
- Collect and record data on student progress and behavior
- Support students in reaching their individualized goals and targets
Qualifications :
- Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in an educational setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and adapt strategies as needed
- Passion for making a positive impact on students' lives
