Job Summary :

As a Registered Nurse at PeaceHealth, you will provide professional, compassionate nursing care within your chosen specialty.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring that all clinical and professional standards are met.

Key Responsibilities :

• Patient Care : Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care specific to your unit and patient population.
• Documentation : Accurately document patient care and treatment plans in compliance with healthcare standards.
• Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, directing and delegating care as appropriate.
• Professional Development : Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain and enhance your nursing skills.
• Unit-Specific Responsibilities : Perform specialized tasks and interventions as required by your specific unit (e.g., managing ventilators in ICU, assisting in surgeries in OR, providing emergency care in ED, etc.).

What You Bring :

• Education : Completion of an accredited nursing program. A Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred.
• Experience : Minimum one year of recent experience in the specialty of the position applied for.
• Licenses / Certifications :
• Active Oregon RN license.
• BLS certification is required upon hire.
• Specialty-specific certifications (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, PALS, etc.) are required or must be obtained within a specific timeframe after hire.
