Regional Director, Independent Advisors (Remote / In-Territory Eligible) - PAC NW

The Regional Director is responsible for relationship management and business development of both existing and new clients in the North Western region of the United States. They will lead all sales related activities as well as organize efforts of client services team members to effectively address the needs of advisors. This role can be performed remotely in Oregon or Northern California or out of our Santa Monica office.

Responsibilities

• Sales leadership and management of a territory composed primarily of fee-only, high net worth financial advisors.
• Develop strategies to expand and retain existing and build net new advisor relationships.
• Educate advisors on capital market behavior and investment theory.
• Consult with advisor firms on building an efficient practice while providing a successful investment experience to clients.
• Present Dimensional Fund Advisors’ investment capabilities, investment theory and performance to Financial Advisors, branch offices, company conferences and industry functions.
• Formulate and execute tailored Dimensional initiatives and champion existing company initiatives.
• Be a team-player and sales and marketing thought leader within the Dimensional team.
• Be a spokesperson for the Dimensional brand and investment theory throughout the industry and marketplace.
• Increase revenues, AUM and Advisor clients within the territory through the profitable growth of the Dimensional product suite.

Qualifications

Compensation

Education : For this position, which is subject to credentials, industry experience, education, training / certifications, and / or geographic differentials, Dimensional reasonably expects to pay a salary range of $155,000 - $185,000. This role is also bonus eligible.
