Work Schedule :
This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday Friday, 8 : 30 5 : 00 , with holiday and on-call rotation hours required.
Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Patient Access Representative - Ambulatory to :
- Enter and verify demographic and insurance information, identify and collect patient financial obligations, and register or admit patients.
- Promote a positive patient and family experience, exhibit empathy, engage in compassionate collections, and demonstrate strong communication skills.
- Cover a variety of clinic locations and hours as needed.
Education :
Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred Associate’s Degree in Business, Finance. Health Information Management or related field
Work Experience :
Minimum One (1) year of experience in a customer service related field
Preferred One (1) year of experience in a healthcare, call center, business, financial or insurance related field
