Providers of Mental Health Services : Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) : Lead the Way

Position Overview : You will play a crucial role in our mental health services team, working with other experts to provide clients with the comprehensive care they need, conducting evaluations, and providing therapy.
Clients will be able to overcome obstacles and develop resilience with your support and advocacy.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000 per year +full benefits
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform detailed assessments and create personalized care plans.
- Provide therapeutic services, including individual and group therapy.
- Advocate for clients by connecting them with community and support resources.
- Collaborate with other providers to deliver integrated, comprehensive care.
Requirements
Qualifications :
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential
- Experience with older adults or specific client populations preferred
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a supportive team
