Our firm is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Associate Attorney specializing in Insurance Defense. This exciting role is centered in the fast-paced world of technology, where innovation and adaptability are key.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a diverse range of insurance defense cases. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, construction defect, auto accidents, and various litigation matters.
The individual will have the opportunity to work closely with a team of experienced attorneys and professionals in a collaborative environment, providing top-notch legal services to our clients.
Responsibilities :
- Manage a caseload of insurance defense files from inception through resolution.
- Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and represent clients in court and before quasi-judicial or administrative agencies of government.
- Handle cases related to personal injury, construction defect, auto accidents, and other insurance defense matters.
- Interact directly with clients and claim professionals to provide legal analysis and counsel.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, ensuring the best possible outcome.
- Participate in depositions, mediations, and trials as necessary.
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, court decisions, and legislative developments.
Qualifications :
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- Minimum of 0-3 years of experience as an attorney, preferably in insurance defense.
- Experience in personal injury, construction defect, insurance, litigation, and auto accidents.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
