Salary : 16.28 / hr & performance-based bonuses. On average employees make $650-850 GROSS for a 40hr work week.
Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, managing sales and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve sales delivery.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
