As a Construction Scheduler you will work under the guidance and direction of the Office Manager. You will provide administrative support to the irrigation and landscape service department, including filing, data entry, and document management.
Here's an overview of what you can expect to do while working here :
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Act as a personal assistant to the operations / project manager, handling correspondence and managing their schedule
- Assist with event planning for construction-related activities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide customer and client support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Handle all emails from clients and manage all in office day to day tasks
- Scheduling Management
- Performing other duties as assigned by the leadership team
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience to include scheduling responsibilities
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent, Associates Degree is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish
- Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Ability to perform with a high degree of autonomy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
