LHH is seeking a motivated Customer Service Associate with a strong background in medical terminology to join our client in Richmond, VA.
Position Overview :
As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and healthcare providers.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure smooth communication between all parties involved.
Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding our healthcare products and services
- Utilize medical terminology knowledge to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred
- Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with healthcare procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
