Caregiver Qualifications :

  • 1 year of home care experience
  • Home health aide or personal care aide certification required if working in that capacity.
  • 2 home care related references (contact phone number or email required)
  • PPD and results (performed within 1 year)
  • Documentation of MMR's (measles, mumps and rubella)
  • COVID Vaccination
  • Annual Physical (height, weight, blood pressure and that you are in overall good heath) performed within 1 year
  • Fluent in English, Bilingual a PLUS!

What does a day in the life of a caregiver look like? Providing a helping hand.

  • Have fun and engaging conversations with your clients to build relationships
  • Participate in your clients’ favorite hobbies (scrapbooking, gardening, games, etc.)
  • Prep meals for your clients to enjoy
  • Assist your clients with walking, dressing, and other daily activities of living
  • Report what activities were completed with your clients and provide updates on your clients’ physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior
