Responsibilities :
- Draft Family Law Pleadings, RFOs, Motions.
- Handle Discovery.
- Communicate with clients to provide case updates and gather necessary information.
- Make in person court appearances on routine matters.
- Help Trial Attorney with Trial Preparation.
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of family law experience.
- Must have an active State Bar license with no prior history of discipline
- Must be familiar with California Family Code.
- Must be familiar with processes and procedures governing family law cases.
- Must be proficient in drafting RFOs, Judgement Packets, making court appearances.
- Must be able to argue RFOs and handle Evidentiary Hearings.
- Proficient in using legal research tools and software.
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $110,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
